Age and jobs in Greece, Europe, the US etc

"I'm reading a job advert in Skaywalker:

"Εάν θεωρείτε ότι το προφίλ σας ταιριάζει με την παραπάνω θέση, αποστείλετε πλήρες βιογραφικό σημείωμα με πρόσφατη φωτογραφία και την ακριβή ημερομηνία γέννησης."

It asks you to include not only a photo but your exact birth date. Why?

What is "antikeimeniki timi" when you have or buy or sell property in Greece

"Antikeimeniki Timi" translates into "objective value" and it' a concept introduced because too many people try to avoid paying the following taxes:

1) FMA = Foros Metavivasis Akinitou = Sale transaction tax

It's paid by the buyer.

2)  ENFIA (land owners tax)

It was introduced in the troika days.

To the Belgians

You are indeed little as Alain from Brussels and Paris warned me and knew you from my Brussels days.

Salonikians you hate Athenians and above all you hate men like me.

Troika you suck.

Alexis Tsipras, good luck, find a way to contact me when you need me.

Foreign governments, you suck.

Bureaucrats, your economies are worth jack shit.

For global Greece,

Nick Panayotopoulos

To McDonalds

Please inform McDonalds Greece that the correct expression is "work for us" not "work with us". Eleos diladi LOL.

Thanks.

See you in other countries.

My best,

Nick Panayotopoulos

A message to all Albanians

Dear all,

I leave Greece to you, cos my family had roots from NW Greece too.

Thanks also to the Helllenic Police.

Donald Trump you suck. Shame on you and Mark Rutte, all Germans, Emmanuel Macron you faggot I now know why the teacher married you. Get a spine.

Thanks to all Policemen, Albanians and Georgians in Greece.

We are now in command of Greece and Europe.

Me agonistikous xairetismous.

So called Greeks, you are not Greek.

Alexis, good luck mate with the Troika.

Call me when you need me.

Global Press Release from Troika Occupied Athens

Athens. April 24, 2018.

Troika and special interests, this time you have gone too far.

New Democracy you ruined Greece too not just PASOK. Shame on you.

I'm not Georgian for Pete's sake, I'm an honest Athenian and you are trying to force me to sell at 20% of Antikeimeniki.

Thanks to the Albanians for making another offer and the Hellenic Police for doing its best with a troika imposed budget.

I'm leaving Athens again until the occupation ends.

US, Russia and Germany, the Netherlands, France and UK, shame on you for what you have done to Greece.

You sent people on a mission to try to get people who are trying to sell to sell eg a studio for 5,000! They are trying to make a buck cos they are poor too. But the people who sent them are now known to Europol and Interpol.

Thank you to Nikos Toskas and his Hellenic Police.

See you again in 5 years.

Athens will be a great city someday again.

Why albeit a Media specialist I stopped watching Greek TV and subscribed to Nova

Novellas!

Another interesting article from https://www.neolaia.gr indicative of the mindset of many people in Hellas.

Power of Love: Εκτός σπιτιού η Στέλλα Μιζεράκη - Η Μαρία Μπακοδήμου ανακοίνωσε αλλαγές! (video)

https://www.neolaia.gr/2018/04/23/power-of-love-ektos-spitiou-i-stella-mizeraki/

It refers to a TV game where apparently some people co-habitate.

Whereas flat sharing is great and has economic and social dimensions (I flatshare in Athens with former GF Mzia Panayotopoulou and her eldest son Vahtang Svintrage since 2012) such shows as well a Survivor have had effects on the current state in Greece.

Add Survivor type of shows and then you understand neocons' world.

World come to the Greece of Alexis and Nick.

I've appeared on Euronews (1995, on EU Transport Policy), Dutch radio (1996, on the Greek elections result), BBC World (2005, on the ref result in France), my fave channel in my Brussels days was VTM, in my French M6.

I not only produced and presented Greece in Europe (1998-1999) but also tried to defend fellow AC man Tony Samaras to tell off the 2011 EPP for what it did to him in its EPP Congress before the European Council.

Repoting for npthinking from Athens,
Nick Panayotopoulos

Nick Panayotopoulos

Why did Billboard Woman of the Year. Madonna buy a lux house in Portugal and not eg in Spain, Italy or Greece?

I just read the following reportage in neolaia.gr (in Greek):

https://www.neolaia.gr/2018/01/15/to-neo-spiti-tis-madonna-sti-lisabona/

Why did Madonna buy it in Portugal instead of Spain, Italy or Greece?

Why did she buy one in Europe anyway?

Madonna Louise Ciccone is 60 born August 16, 1958 and she's an American singer, songwriter, actress but also a businesswoman. And an active citizen.

Madonna actively supported Hillary Clinton during the 2016 U.S. elections.

In February 2017, Madonna adopted four-year-old twin sisters from Malawi named Esther and Stella. She moved to Lisboa, Portugal in summer 2017 with her adoptive children.

In January 2018, Madonna announced on Instagram that she had started working on her 14th studio album. Her other projects include directing the MGM film, Taking Flight, based on ballet dancer Michaela DePrince's memoir, as well as adapting author Andrew Sean Greer's novel, The Impossible Lives of Greta Wells, for film.

Thus ML chose Portugal in spite of Greece's 250,000 Golden Visa and similar ones and her Italian roots.

The reason in this case is:

Location, location, location!

Portugal has less red tape than Greece and is closer to London than Greece is.

Why?

Stay tuned to npthinking.

Hilary and Bill, come to my Europe and Greece!

A message to the Kremlin and comrade Vladimir Putin from Maka's stepdad

Dear Vladimir and other comrades at the Kremlin,

Greetings from Kesariani, Greece.

"Dear all @tsipras (also @PrimeministerGR) is abs right, the 8 TK refugee issue and the 2 GR aren't connected (unless, read my blog) @RT_Erdogan @NATO @BBCBreaking @RT_com @eucopresident And TK must not a) have nukes b) have due to sismology nuke plants anyway @KremlinRussia_E"

Will be glad to meet you with Maka and Alexis and his wife.

My uncle Manolis Panayotopoulos was indeed in EAM during Katoxi.

It's absolutely not OK for Turkey to have any kind of nukes.

The reason is sismological.

PS. You do know about the existence of Russian guns in Greece, right?

Public message to Kyriakos Mitsotakis

Do you really plan to make Mike Chrissochoidis Minister of Public Order again?

Please reply publicly, ie confirm or deny via an official New Democracy press release.

Since you are so adamant to solve the current problems of Greece, please also issue an official press statement in English, which are going to be the members of your government at least in the key roles:

- Minister of Finance
- Minister of Labour
- Minister of Foreign Affairs
- Minister of Public Order
- Minister of Development

Please reply via a Pireaus Street official press statement. And give us their CVs and fit to these roles.

Is this selection being performed by an HR professional or Talent Acquisition managee as was your Mitroon Stelehon?

Cos as a Greece voter I want to know.
So do the lenders re Minister of Finance at least. And Development.

Their fit with the requirements of each role in 2018+ Greece.

Thanks.

That's how dangerous the life of a Policeman in Greece is.

The question is why did this man have aggression motives against the Police?

What does "rakosyllektis" as reported by CNN Greece in Greek mean and why does this man do this "rakocollection".

What does rakocollection mean?

Do you have rakosyllektes in your countries?

Yes/No and why?

A Public Global Message to the Maximou Media Team

Dear team,

While companies hired by banks are auctioning properties of mortgage debtors in their effort to get their money and make a profit, there are incidents to further defame Greece not only as a tourist destination (which started we all know when), but also to devalue areas of Athens as high crime ones and thus bring the value of property on those areas further down.

This inter alia means that the auctioning will result in lower prices and also affect the interests of these debtors (morgage loan buyers)

Thus please escalate your monitoring of mass media in order to collect the data needed to file conspiracy charges as and when appropriate.

Thanks!

Thus please don't hesitate to contact me as a referee if needed re any Dropbox employee.

To the Greek Diaspora members who define themselves as patriots

Athens, April 23, 2018.

You have jobs away from Hellas.

30% in Hellas don't (source ECB) and many of them don't qualify for unemployment benefits (eg many of the former self employed in Hellas).

You define yourselves as patriots.

Thus help them in Canada, the US, Australia and the UK find jobs to be able to move where you are, cos due to immigration laws, they need to have a job offer to move to the job markets you have jobs and live in.

Or live with it.

The Kesariani Universal Declaration 2018/5/23 by Nick Panayotopoulos, SYRIZA

Kesariani, Greece, April 23, 02:00 CET

The Kesariani Universal Declaration 2018/4/23

Hello from Haroula Makris' former penthouse to all in Hellas and everyone else on this planet from Dropbox's "Alexander" Nick Panayotopoulos.

My migrant to Hellas and Schengen since 2002 wife is asleep and safe, guarded by her eldest son, a former martial arts junior national champion in his native country, whom I thank.

This is a special briefing to explain the past and future of Greece for you.

Hellas has always been occupied. Alexis's, Rena's and Nick's Greece won't.

Cos like MLK I have a dream in this world.

It will be freed when it becomes a country that (as I've discussed with many of you since 2015) will be a dream to live and work in, trust me. Read my resume and you too will see it's feasible. Many around the world have.

Among other things, laws, both Greek and European ones will be cut by at least 50% and all in new Hellas, called "Greece", or the EU will have 600 Euros or USD guaranteed. All, no one excluded.

For Hellas, since 1832, it got worse after PM Mitsotakis alas didn't get a Euro optout right (as the UK and Denmark did) at Maastricht, then PM Simitis took Hellas into the Euro w/o a ref and when GAP and Samaras and Venizelos:

a) didn't default on the bonds and

b) changed the lenders into states.  The original bonds had been issued to investors not states. This investment, as all investments and other finance tools, carry inherent risk not just (expected) return.

Thus this conversion was not only a tech/fin mistake but other things as well.

These will be explained in detail during the future international trials (Nuremberg type) cos it made Greece occupied.

This will end when Greek, Spanish and Portuguese unemployment rates are under 5% and when EU private sector salaries converge between all its member states.

I pledge that my Greece will have 20+ million citizens and English as its official language, not Greek. That way it will be more united and better understood.

It may be in the EU or not because EU membership or any membership is a means not an end.

Depends on how quickly the EU becomes a real union. It doesn't look it will any time soon, alas.

But please rest assured today that in this Greece there will be space for everyone of you who feels Greek, I owe that to my wife and all of you.

You can feel Greek no matter your native country, age, religion, skin color, education, gender, sexual orientation or IQ or EQ or skills' level or profile.

Our Greece will rock! And lead the world to a border free planet inter alia.

So come this year to Alexis', Rena's and SYRIZA's country. And stay forever.

This message is for people and but for companies as well.

Nick Panayotopoulos
